Elite Holiday Lighting’s design process is the heart and soul of our business. Our experienced design consultants will meet with you one on one to discuss design options, project budgets, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

The real excitement begins when your design consultant shows you our computer-based design. A photo of your home will serve as the canvas for your holiday lighting project. Our software allows for unlimited experimentation as you and your designer create your holiday wonderland – all from the comfort of home.

Throughout the process our designers will explain any technical aspects of the project and make styling suggestions based upon their experience. We are always respectful of your budget limitations and will help you explore the best choices for your needs. Our designers will work around your busy schedule and are available to meet at nights or during weekends for your Custom Christmas Lights.

We always use properly trained crews, practice ladder safety, carry full insurance, and take pride in the details. Our crews come to your home or business fully equipped and ready to make your dream a reality.

A quality lighting install starts with:

  • Installing bubble covers over outlets, ensuring safety and reliability
  • Balancing the load evenly, avoiding tripped breakers and overloads
  • Firmly securing rooftop lighting, avoiding sagging or misaligned lights
  • Evenly lighting all trees and bushes
  • Inspecting all products prior to installation
  • Honoring any customer requests

Let’s be honest, wrestling frozen lights from the gutter while leaning from grandpa’s fifty year old ladder isn’t fun. As part of our service, Christmas Creations will handle all of the dirty work. Our take down crews will carefully take down and box all of your lighting, clean any excess debris, and return your property to its pre-holiday condition.

Your lighting will be inspected and then stored in our heated and insured warehouse for the duration of the year. In the off-season we will check your lights to make sure they are working properly the next installation season. As hard as we try to make your holiday perfect, inevitably there will always be a few technical problems. Our maintenance team is always standing by to take your calls and remedy any issues. Our crews work day and night throughout the holiday season to ensure a rapid response to any lighting problems.

How Does Your Service Work?
Elite Property Maintenance is a certified distributor of Holiday Bright Lights Inc. We start by providing a professional, complimentary holiday lighting design using a photo of your property and our lighting products. Once a selection is agreed upon and purchased, we will install your selected lighting products to the design specifications. After the holiday season is over, we will take the lights down, prepare them for storage and store them for the offseason. Just before the next holiday season, your lights will be serviced…all light bulbs checked and the broken ones replaced, frames checked and repaired if necessary, broken parts replaced or repaired. Then your lights will be installed for the new season and the cycle starts over. In a word, we provide turn-key holiday lighting. You choose what you want; we take care of everything else so you can enjoy the season.

Are your lighting products warranted?
Yes, all our lighting products have a three year warranty* against defects in workmanship or function. This warranty is between the original purchaser of the lighting products and Holiday Bright Lights. As part of the “turn-key” lighting experience, as long as we provide our full service…install, removal, and storage, we will provide full maintenance and warranty service including replacement if necessary. After the three year warranty period is over, as long as we continue to provide our full service, we will continue to provide maintenance annually and replacement as necessary at our scheduled labor and parts rates.

How long will my lighting products last?
With proper care and off-season storage your lighting products could last up to 10 years or more before they need to be replaced.
Do the lighting products belong to me or am I renting them?
The lighting products you purchase belong to you. We do not rent holiday lighting products.

Why do you store the lights and can I store the lights at my home?
We store the lights for several reasons…
1) We take special care to ensure that the lighting products are properly stored to prevent damage between seasons.
2) By keeping all your lighting products labeled and collected together, we ensure that at re-install time, we have everything we need to complete your installation on time and in a timely manner.
3) As long as we store your lighting products, we maintain the manufactures warranty and insure that your lights work properly every season.
You may choose to store the lighting products at your home, but in doing so, you take responsibility for making sure that everything is in working condition and ready for re-installation at the agreed upon time. Furthermore, we will not maintain the manufactures warranty and you will have to deal directly with Holiday Bright Lights if any of your products need replacement due to failure of workmanship or function. We will provide maintenance service for your lighting products at our scheduled labor and parts rates.

I already have my own lighting products, will you install them?
We will install your lights under the following conditions…
1) You must be present during the entire time we are installing your lights to make sure your products are installed as you want them to be.
2) You must have everything necessary to complete your installation. If you need additional materials, we will be happy to provide them at our scheduled rates.
3) We will not be responsible for lighting malfunctions and lighting products that fail after installation. If you need additional repair service after we install your lighting products, we will do what we can at our scheduled service rates.
